Newly constructed Hopewell Apartments is currently accepting applications for our 3 bedroom floorplan which features plenty of living space. All units have a washer/dryer hookup and stove, fridge, and dishwasher! Rent for a 3 bedroom is only $665. The deposit is $350 but that is payable in 3 payments. While the resident is responsible for KU Electric, Hopewell Apartments pays the water, sewer, and trash! Please stop by our office at 13 Spears St. to pick up an application or call to make an appointment. Our normal business hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. but applications can be picked up at any time from the box next to the office door.
