Founded in 1979, Winterwood manages over 14,000 apartments in 340 communities across 8 states, specializing in affordable housing. We ensure regulatory compliance while exceeding the expectations of our clients and residents. Our housing expertise includes senior, special needs, public housing, and conventionally financed properties. Through our affiliated companies, we also offer construction and development services.
