Contact your community manager for more information.

Residents can submit maintenance requests by contacting the property management office.

🌟 Employee Highlight: Abby Walridge 🌟

Please help us congratulate Abby Walridge on her recent promotion to Accounts Receivable! 👏

Abby joined Winterwood Inc. in 2022 as an Office Assistant at our Shelbyville office. With hard work and dedication, she quickly became a Property Manager, then Senior Property Manager, and now stepping into her new role in Accounts Receivable.

Abby has been an incredible asset to our team and the communities she’s served!

Outside of work, Abby is a proud mom of three and stays busy cheering on her kids at basketball games and cheer competitions. 📣🏀 When she’s not on the sidelines, she loves reading, singing, camping, and heading to the beach with her family. 🏖️📚🎶

We’re so proud of everything Abby has accomplished and can’t wait to see what she does next. Congratulations, Abby! 💙
